I have leaved here for three years and on Wedesday my aparment got burglarized. Called management to alert them and they basically stated that it is the tenants fault because we leave windows open as well as door. Plus he Joe also stated that we do not look out for each other. JOE from the management office is rude and nasty...I hope he gets robbed and I want to see him cry. Not worth renting here. Wait for repairs is at least a month.

first of all, i hope nobody gets robbed no more, it seems that donor residents gets robbed more often than anywhere else, maybe EPPD should patrol the area more often......
goodluck with the management.......... they WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH YOUR CONCERNS.............!!!!!!!!!!!!
