I've lived here with my family for a few years now. Since we have moved in we have had to deal with : a leak in the wall, a fungus on the ceiling, the ugliest bugs & jumping spiders, no
parking, a pipe outside which creates another
fungus with a horrid smell(right outside the
dinning room), when it rains we have a nice swimming pool out front, a front door which barely locks( lock was changed when we move it
but guess what it still doesn't work), the mirror to our medicine cabinet fell off due to
shotty workman ship, and the bath tub is older then the apartment itself. So if you are looking
for a crappy place of a hut to live, welcome to Elmwood Village!

The roaches are free!

recently T talk with the general manager because I plan ti move when my son finish his school this june, I was victim of rubbery ( theft ) and i did cumplain because i have too many roaches in my apartment. He told me that he can't give me my security deposit complete until i finish my lease. I'm angry with the manager for that. Resident from donor ave.

I went to look at an apartment there. OH MY GOD. If you can get over the horrendous smell of curry that is in the air within the courtyard of all three apartments I saw (each in a different section). The actual apartments look absolutely NOTHING like the rental office or the pictures that I have seen in several websites. 1250 per month for a 2 BR. I wouldn't even live there if they paid me the 1250!

right on bro, right on, actually, it is not really hellish to live there but these receptionist are plain apathetic to your problem when you report something.........
