First of all the rumors about people breaking into the apartments are 100% true it happen to me.
The kids walked in through our front door and scared the living day lights out of us. were they harmful " NO" but they still had no right. They claimed it was a joke ! at least thats what they told the police.A joke that has given me nightmares till this day. They had no right to do this to us !.Is the apartment complex in mint condition no but it was a pleasant experience.Before the break-in We were happy living there it was convenient and I enjoyed my nieghbors. I guess I was lucky on that part.
Now back to the break-in......
When it happened it happened at 2:00 in the morning and the cops were at our door step within seconds but they were idiots ! They didnt help us with nothing. Maybe because we were a young couple and the kids who ruined our lives were young also.
The only person who got us through this devistating time was "Jeff" from the office he was very sympathetic to our situation and helped us the best way he could and to him I am very thankful. Will I ever consider renting from a westminister complex again " absolutly" because of how helpful Jeff was in our time of need.
Our stay in Elmwood Village wasnt perfect the whole time but when we definitly needed help it was there.
For those who read this no I am not from the office I was an actual resident !!!! A break in can happen any where at any time we learned the hard way but it doesnt reflect the workers at all. It depends on how you handle the situation dont go screaming down Sharlene or Jasmines throat they didnt break into your home !
