The title is very catchy but this is a must read.
First, the management staff is terrible and deciteful. You submit a request and they lose it or say you never spoke to anyone.
Second, the insect infestations in the apartment, by the way they charge you for extermination and don't do anything. The roaches are ridiculous, and the squirrels have jaws of steel. They eat through your screen and come into your apartment. There is a lot more about this complex that you ought to know before moving in here. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE COMING HERE.

actually, the only devil in that hellhole is holed right inside the office, calloused receptionist who is good for nothing but answering the phone. i hope they replaced her already. the location is good but whats located inside the complex is not. poor renters now that it is winter time again, they would have to deal with intermittent loss of heating, but drop by the management office and you would sweat because they always have heat there. the complex needs new management and do lots of improvement . the parking situation is hell too. seems to me that there is a mafia of parking vampires ,one time when one of the spot got vacated, another renter took over it without notice from management, but when you asked management there is no parking vacancy. well of course, bcause they dont have proper recording of available spaces. so the mafia takes advantage. they are like parasites that imbeddes themselves to vacated slots.....glad to be out of that place. RENTERS BE WARE! the assistant manager jasmine is full of nonsense that when you talked to her it seems that she is for you but at the end of the conversation you realized that you are back at where you were...with the same problem you went to talk to them,unresolved.

yo dummy jasmine doesn't work there for nearly a year now and if you didn't have a problem with parking b4 that means the one you have spoken too is the one full of ----, their names are Sharlene Pardo, Nika Sunday, Shira Shack....I was told there was aparking space left and was given one and then towed and the office said I couldn't get it back or reimburse me for it....Yes beware of the office they are nasty and never are available o by the way Property Manager Adam is never around god forbid.............So Lonelyrenter2000 check with the corporate office in Pennsylvania and confirm certain information
