I have lived here for almost 3 months now and I feel it is a good place to live. Everything seems to be taken care of the heat is adequate though I don't like it on anyway, got a parking garage right next to my apartment. Cliff and the rest of the staff are always super nice to me. One complaint is we had a small insect problem got one of those sound insect repents and sprayed a little and now its fine. There are no shady characters hanging around. Oh and a light switch was wired wrong so if turned on it turns the lights out in the bedroom. I don't see where all the complaints are coming from. Great deal on rent even with crappy credit. Trust me my last apartment I had to run the hot water for a hour before it got hot! This place is a castle compared to that!

I'm looking at an apt. in the complex this week, and I'm a little worried after reading that most of the reviews are bad. A lot of them are for silly reasons, but there are some that do genuinely worry me. Is the area nice? is it under new management and are they helpful when there is a problem, and is there still a huge insect infestation? The photos of course, look beautiful - but that's always the case with a show room. Do the apartments look anything like what they show on their website?

I moved in May 1, and me and my Daughter like it, waiting for the winter to see how that go's.. but soo far its been great. PS I like the cop cars patroling makes me more comfy..

Hey uniquesnowflake666@yahoo.com are you stupid? are u living in the same apartments i am living in "elmwood village". you say "There are no shady characters hanging around" do u live on donor ave cause i do and every day when i come in from work i see young thugs hanging by the driveway, walking the block in groups or sitting they stink ass!! on the mailbox. so are you a fool that works in the office and trying to make these place look good or did some stupid fool in the office pay u money to say nice things about these so called "fine apartments".
