After living here for 3 years I can't say I'll be sad to leave. FINALLY we are going to move. I would definitely not recommend anyone to move here. Although it is in close proximity to a lot of major roads, transportation, etc . . . it is definitely not worth the rent they charge. First, the heating which is supposed to be included is horrible. Our apartment is always cold and people who visit always tell us this. When you call maintenance to come and take a look they insist that it is working properly. Which is very frustrating since the only radiatior working is in the bathroom and that one is so hot while the others are cold. They never take measures to do anything further than the bare minimum. I've complained about the same radiator problem for 3 years. We've had to supplement with space heaters which are costing us a fortune in utility bills. Second, the parking here is horrendous. They have a huge grass lot which is never used and wasting away which they could easily turn into more parking for residents. The "playground" they have for children is just a junky rusted wooden play structure that is neither safe or fun. I guess they want you to rent out a garage which is just a junky box for $75/month. It's dangerous down there and unsafe. Third, now that we're moving out, the management is finally taking measures to try and fix the heating in our apartment . . which is a little too late. They say that they were unaware of the scope of the problem but I know that isn't true.
Overall I would say to definitely stay away from here and find something better for your money.

The owners have done major upgrades to the heat, garages and property in general. If they were so unhappy why did they stay 3 years? I might have left after one, wouldn't you?
