First, I would like to defend the very nice manager (Joanne) who has been hurtfully maligned in some of these reviews. She has been the manager for as long as I have lived here and she is very kind, helpful, conscientous and professional. She goes out of her way to make sure everyones problems are taken care of and is very fair in her approach. I have gone to the office to pay my rent and have seen her juggling any number of issues and problems at one time. Perhaps there was no time to be "friendly" at thoses times '' But that doesn't mean she is not a friendly person.
Next, the apartments and property itself. My apartment is beautiful. Hardwood floors that look like new. High quality appliances. Large rooms and lots of closets.
Right now the Management Company is revonvating the garages and working on other outside improvements. The landscaping is done every week and the grounds are lovely and getting better everyday. This is the perfect place to live to take advantage of being in Englewood but not having to pay huge rental costs. Anyone thinking of moving to Englewood should certainly check this place out and meet the Manager for yourself. I am sure you will be very pleased.
