This place is absolutly horrible, If you live on the ground level. The construction is identicial to any single family home. You are at the mercy of the tenants upstairs. When they flush the toilet you hear it. When you are in the shower the water temperature goes from extremely hot to extremely cold. The apartments have wall to wall mirrows in the bedroom. When the mirrows upstairs are rolled open or shut, down stairs it sound like something being dragged across the floor. You can hear the phone conversations that takes place upstairs. When a tenant move out, they put fresh varnisn on the hard wood floor and the toxic odor will almost kill you for weeks if not months. You must be sure to see the unit you are leasing, they are not all the same. Some have modern appliances others do not. This is a dog paradise but it could be hell for you. You could have unpleasant. dog odor in your apartment from another apartment. I titled this review Rent Free because you should not pay to live on the ground level.
