Don't move here! My husband and I made the mistake of renting at this complex and celebrated the day our lease ended and we moved out. The building we lived in had idling trucks ALL times of the night outside. Our A/C didn't work when we first moved in (to the BRAND NEW apt) and they drilled four holes into the unit, creating dust ALL over! The clubhouse is really for the use of the management and is not a place you would feel comfortable bringing people (besides the fact you can only have visitors there during their OFFICE HOURS!). Although at first glance, the apt looks luxurious, the complex skimped out on many things that make the apt NOT WORTH the money! For example, the shower curtain rods break faster than you can count. The floors are made of such cheap horrible wood that it scratches when you touch it. There's no concrete between floors so you can literally hear the conversation and each footstep of your upstairs neighbor. Watch that you don't get screwed on pricing - as we paid more for the rent and parking then those who are moving in. Sad to say that they've been open for about two years and they've not even reached 50% occupancy... no wonder why! Don't live here! Save your money and go elsewhere.
