I've lived here for about 3 weeks now and so far I like it here alot.
I stay home all day with my baby and expected to hear some noise
but I haven't heard a thing from neighbors.
(I live in a corner unit on 4th floor)

What I really like about it here is the management and staffs.
They are really kind and responsive.
(security guys are also really kind)

I've had plrblems with a/c since day 1 and unfortunately it kept
causing problems for about 2weeks. I had to complain 4-5 times but
the management reponded our repair request promptly and always came up
to fix it right away. (They cared that we had a little baby in the house)
They explained what went wrong and what needed to be done everytime they came
and it was very helpful.
A/C was finally fixed after couple of repair visits.

Oh and here, I don't have to call the management everytime I need something.
I can just log into buildinglink.com and sumbit my request
and they'll call me back with answers.
Also there is a forum where residents can discuss about many things.
And I get noticed by email when there's a package.
(even for a letter, they have a little screen in the mailroom
and if I get a letter, my unit number will be on the screen)

Overall, I really like this place.
Our unit is in the back so it's very quiet to stay with little baby.
(I hope they don't start constructing the buildings at the back
while we stay here)
Parking is spacious and I think it's safe.

What I don't like about this place is that there's is no facility
for kids. Recent condos mostly have kid's playroom in the building
so I kind of expected that but there wasn't any.
And the garbage room is too far from building 2.
There are 2 buildings but there is only one compactor room in entire buildings
and it's at the end of the building 1.
So I have to walk a lot to go there.
And I feel the water pressure is a bit low
and the hot water is not that hot.

Well..these are not major problems and I think it's OK.
Other than those, I really like this place so far
and will see if it will be like that for the rest of our lease period.
