Overall this is a great place to live. The staff is helpful, attentive and extremely welcoming. The location is as good as it is going to get. Everything you can possibly need is within a few blocks walking distance. Although the town is pleasant to live in for the price you could live in NYC or somewhere similar. But if that's not your thing and you're looking for a more laid back atmosphere than you should definitely consider living here.

It's ironic that all of the sudden Towne Centre is getting all these rave reviews. Hopefully the building's management finally got their act together which would be a great thing giving the complex five out of five for Parking, Maintenance and four out of five for Construction and Noise is hard to swallow.

That's because when the building was first built it received a lot of negative reviews because it was still under construction. However, now that everything is completed nobody has much to complain because its a great place to live. So management is now encouraging people to write an HONEST review of their experience living here to hopefully boost the buildings ratings. Judging by the reviews everyone seems to like the place and so do I.

So true! Sudden flurry of reviews all within the same time period does seem funny.
