There is a real community feel to the building. The staff is great. The building manager, Seth, is always available to help out if you need anything.

The bi-weekly Sunday brunches are awesome. We really get a chance to meet the other tenants. This is a great alternative to NYC.

The brunches started as a daily thing, then twice a week, then once a week and then twice a month... Scrambled eggs and a bagel twice a month are not a sufficient reason to move to the Town Center. Seth's hands are tied as the building's management is just BAD. Might sound like nothing ("When will I ever need the building's management" right?) But this actually influences your everyday life in this building.

I agree... This WAS a nice feature when it was done daily or even weekly but anything less than that (bi monthly for example) is nothing to brag about!

How many buildings have any communal brunches? I have lived in the building since it was opened and there was never, even a mention of a daily brunch. There is daily coffee and newspapers....
