	For 3 years it was nice; quiet, safe and cheap. Thick walls meant you never heard neighbors, locked building, rent control. Then a couple moved above me and proved if you slam every door hard enough(even the toilet seat!), bang ... more

	apartment is large. ample parking but rarely available near a door. poor lighting in parking lot. kids from the high school hang out in the lot requiring police monitoring due to break-ins. lot is covered in ice after it snows ... more
