I really enjoyed the 16 months we lived at Fair Lawn Commons. The maintenance staff was friendly and responsive, and I loved the convenience of being so close to NJ transit. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance, my husband and I got around with just one car. It was challenging at times to get out onto the main road, but I went by there the other day and they are installing a traffic light to deal with that. There is also another exitin the rear. We are trying to move back to Fair Lawn because we loved it so much.

Just so you know, the traffic light at Chandler Drive and Fair Lawn Ave. has been active for a few months now, and it has helped a lot. This has been a suicidal intersection for many years, but the traffic light has made it much more bearable! Living at FLC 13 months now and still very happy.
