Nothing Special. Just Okay. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived here for almost four years I will be leaving in 2008. Sometimes my neighbor patio leaks when it rains and I have water stains in my ceiling. The ceiling in my bathroom was filled with water and the pipe in the wall looked like it was about to bust open. I had to call them twice to come fix the water in the ceiling and to paint my wall. Maientance left paint chips in my bath tub and when I called management they could have cared less. They go up on the rent 5% every year. There is a serious mold problem in my bathroom ceiling and mainteance takes forever to fix anything. I have heard they give you a hard time about giving you your security deposit back. I am moving and can not wait. I had a problem with a neighbor and Management was no help. There are little nooks and crannies that still do irritate me every now and again. If you are moving into your first apartment this is not a bad place it can be worse but have your ducks in a row and do not settle down here. It is not all it is cracked up to be. Personnel here is horrible, they are not people friendly.
