Disaster In the past year and a half, i have had two mold problems that have taken the so called 'maintenance' multiple tries and months to fix. I have also had problems with bugs, which i had to take care of myself. Seems like every week something breaks in my apartment.

Noise There is absolutely no privacy - you can hear every word your neighbor says.
The landlord does nothing to help with the noise issues - claim call the police.
The heating bills are $400 as the windows allow cold air in - very poorly constructed.
Take my word and stay away.

Landlord does nothing to maintain peace The neighbor has an 11pm phone business and the landlord does nothing even though the lease says you can not have a business if it affects a noisy environment - they do nothing.
Terrible constuction - can hear talking of neighbors - snoring of neighbor /

Very Nice Apartment complex After 1 year here (since December 2009) we are quite satisfied. There have been minor repairs needed, which were addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Our neighbors are very nice. The size of the unit is adequet, same kitchen.

Over all it was good Hi...i lived in the apartment during 2008-2009...overall it was good...quite community...good maintanence.. only at times problem with pet poo's...i cant complain this on management completely, as they have kept pet garbages at mutiple location's few people are lazy

it could be worse ... if you're used to living in apartments its not so bad. the laundry facilities definately suck aswell as the parking. i will say that oakwood is definately the nicest in the area. i think it all depends on the building you're in and the neighbors you have.
