A Decent Place to Live

Overall not a bad place to live, but not the best. There is a hidden fee when moving out since they keep about $75 of the security deposit to clean the apartment. This charge is not mentioned in the lease agreement. The buildings tend to creak in the cold winter months. It was not uncommon to be awoken by a large cracking noise in the middle of the night. Finally, there sometimes seems to be a bug problem. On the plus side there is plenty of parking. The area is fairly rural and quiet. The apartments are fairly spacious and heat and hot water are included.
