I have lived here 10 months with no problems. Management is very nice and friendly. I had a couple of minor maintenance issues when I first moved in and they were taken care of the same day I notified the managers. The apartment (1 bdrm den) is spacious and well maintained with heat and hot water incl. in rent. The carpet, bath and some parts of the kitchen were updated before I moved in. Appliances are pretty new (fridge brand new) and I think the complex is in the process of updating the kitchen cabinetry, which in my apt. is a little dated (the mgrs. got the apt. ready faster than planned to accomodate me so may not have had time to update cabinets). The complex is really nice looking, surrounded by trees, very quiet. I can occasionally hear the tenants above me and the garage door below me, but can't hear the tenants on either side at all. Haven t noticed any major sounds from the building nor have I had any bug problems. There are multiple laundry rooms on the premises and they are well lit and well maintained. Parking is safe and well lit and there are garages available for rent. Small pets are allowed within certain rules and with add'l deposit and rent. Upon leasing apt I r ced a very detailed, and in my opinion reasonable, list of potential charges (for broken items, cleaning, etc.) when vacating the apt. I highly recommend this complex but move fast if you see a vacancy, these apts. rent very quickly!
