I'm amazed by some of the negative comments here. I've lived at Sun Valley over two years already. I do use the Tennis and Basketball courts when I can, and I use the free shuttle to the NYC train most days.
The units are bigger than the others available in town, often for less money. I park my car IN my garage, so I can't say the parking is a big issue for me, they even give you a remote!
The landscaping is kept fresh, and they recently opened a call center for maintanance. I've had a few issues, but they were addressed each time. I'm satisfied!

Im amazed by the negative comments, too. Why don't they do something to correct the problems? Apparently the place is cheaply built and next to a sewage treatment plant and settling ponds. What a nice place to go out and play tennis at! And Jesus Christ will you management -------s stop playing up your little -------- call center crap. Im sure its either automated, staffed by illegal immigrants, or administered by idiot females that only know when they are or are not engaged in a sex act. |
