I live in an Afton model and the noise above is unbearable...Not that the two tenents above are unreasonabley noisey .The constuction is so poor that every sound is amplified comming through the ceiling.One of the tenents has electonic drums ..I don't hear the drums but the constant raping of the bass drum pedal is madening.the woman on the other side happens to be a heavy walker so every step{sound} comes through the ceiling.One day I had to ask her if someone was jogging in her apt only to find out it was her little girl just being a kid running around in circles. add that to the college kids running up and down the stairs to the garage ,,the apartment shakes. Then the Afton model sits above three garages ...every time a garage opens and closes the noise is so loud and the apt shakes.Plus if the tenent leaves the garage door open the bedroom above becomes very cold.The apt is nice the kitchen is the worst...never again ....dog friendly yeah right what a joke ..they charge you 500.00 non refundable vig to allow you to have a dog plus 100.00 a month extra...If I wasnt in a bind at the time I never would have rented here and now thye havnt been putting out waste bags lately..{I use shoping bags} so some people are not cleaning up after their dogs now ....
