This place is disgusting! The management is beyond stupid, they serve lip service and get nothing done. There is no parking, so don't even think about working late. There will not be a parking spot when you get home. This place will kill your career, you will lose time

Horrible place - STAY AWAY This place is scary. There is no parking. Everything brakes. Everything is very cheap. Security problems. STAY AWAY. I can't say enough about what a nightmare it has been to live here.

I moved here from Edison this year. I really enjoy the location. It's easy to get to the highways, and I use the free shuttle when I need the train to NY.

Large Apartments I recently renewed my lease. The units are MUCH larger than in the other complexes in town.
The staff responds to my needs in an acceptable time frame.
I didn't want to pay more for a smaller unit elsewhere in the area.

Avalon is great! I have lived here for two years now and the place is fantastic. The community is beautiful and the staff is great. I have made many wonderful friends at this beautiful place. I will miss it greatly once my house is complete.

Stay away....Poor management and overpriced Its about 4 months in the unit all of our issues have gone un-addressed. Very Very poor management. They never respond or follow-up. This is my 4th rental in 10 years living in NJ. Plenty of better options near by. I'm counting the months.

ok, but load and shoddy from the outside, the place looks great, but after you've moved in you srart to notice things. The windows leak when it rains hard. The floors and walls are thin enough to hear anything (and I mean ANYTHING) your neighbors are doing. Management is slow to respond to
