Positives:
Livable, no frills.
OK maintenance (that?s what I feel, others don?t).
Well kept Grounds, playareas, pools, tennis courts. Parking areas and roads Plowed quicky on snow days.
Negatives:
As always RUDE management staff.
Problem with roaches and frequent Pest Control has NO effect.
Frequent Bathroom Flooding. All kinds of outside maintenance does not solve this problem (reason given is that other tenants stuff garbage which is hard to believe since it happens often)
Possible issue with neighbours upstairs due to hard wood floors.
Common entrance hence Stuffy corridors, no ventilation.
