Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
Very Rude management and bad maintance. Lived in basement apartment and complained about leaking window 5 times and they never fixed it. Air condition leaked all over brand new livingroom set. And they didnt want to replace it. They said it was my fault. Complained about livingroom set 10 times always disregarded my requests. late on rent. okay my fault. but only 5 days but they always charged me 50 buks interest so i paid 930 every month, and they still evicted me. probablly cause i complained about leaking windows and my livinroom set. but if i was payin 930 a month why would they evict me' i was never behind one month/ the most was 5 days and i always paid the 50$ late fee
