I have rented here now for almost 2 years and now I will finally move out. Constant slamming of doors in the hallway caused by playing kids, that are loud and noisy.
BIG ROACH problem. Since a few months, gang bangers roaming the complex at night and smoking joints in the hallway. NO SECURITY!
When I tried to talk to managment, the woman on the phone started yelling as to a dog, being me! Most of the maintenance people don't even speak English. Joe, the electrician/air condition/freezer fixer is a rude man who even threatened me in my own apartment. When I told the managment, they laughed in my face.
Dirty tendants who do not have control over their kids live here.
Is managed by the Capitol Managment and when I explained my frustration to them by email (several times) they just did not bother to answer.
The Kensingtons have a BAD reputation now. Mostly thanks to rude and unprofessional managment and who represents them. Rumor has it that they will not be around much longer here.
ALSO UNSAFE AT NIGHT AFTER 9 PM!
