Roaches, Bed Bugs and smell in the hallways. There is even one building that has an apartment smelling like corpses. One guy of the maintenance told me a dead body was found there last year and it laid there for a few weeks.
Managment is very rude and unprofessional. Just last week when I entered to drop off my rent in the office, the old woman behind the counter was picking her nose and boogers hanging on her fingers.
The woman that answers phones after 5pm dowsn;t even let you talk, she is really rude.
I complained nemerous times about the bedbugs and roaches, but they just laugh in my face. Then after weeks, a terminator appears and sprays, but it doesn't help at all.
There is only one maintenance guy that does his work well there and that is Lazlo.
One time I asked the lady at managment if they would'nt care if tenents leave the Kensingtons, because of so many issues' Anmd her answer was:"I don't give a ----, because I just work here and I hate it!"

Myself and some other tenants tried to addres this problem to Capitol Managment Inc, but they don't seem to care either.
