I would not recommend this place.

I visited it recently in hopes to become a new tenant. My experience wasnt so swell. The woman in management, Linda, is a fast talking sales -----. She didnt take the time to show me the apartment, just tossed some keys and didnt tell me where it was located. I walked around the complex, in the pouring rain, until group of kind maintenance men took me to the apartment. Though the apartment was big the floors were uneven (horrible foundation!), the hallways smelled, and there were stains on the ceilings from the apartment above being flooded. The pool fee is mandatory (why dont you just add it to the rent') and the pool serves thousands of tenants who most look like they do not use their showers.

I over heard the management handing over the keys to a new tenant and tell this person that maintenance will only come in an emergency and if they dont feel its an emergency then they wont show up. Also if the tenant looses the key the maintenance will have to break down the door and that tenant will be on the apartment complexes hate list. What a wonderful way to start Home Sweet Home! BLEH!

Okay, this is a lie, because the model apartment is in the SAME building as the rental office - so if you were walking around in the rain - then youare lying.

I have lived here for a year, and I experienced the same thing,as there is no sample apt. but rather the mgmt. gives you the keys to view the available apts. I also took an hour to find the apt. as it is a very strange setup of the apartments.
