Please for the safety of your children and yourself DO NOT LIVE HERE! Yes, all the stories about a dead person and break-ins are true! I am one of the people that were broken into and I was raped. I think from another tenant since I did not welcome anyone into my apartment The management was HORRIBLE with my situation. They didnt want to look bad so they made me move out shortly and refused to help with the police or my situation. Yes they kicked out a paying tenant who needed help! Please do not rent here. I plan to place a suit against them. Please be careful ladies!!!

First and foremost: shame on you for using rape as a ploy to sabotage a company. You have literally added insult to injury for true victims of sexual violence. I am a relatively new CMC employee who read this and was appalled to think that something like this could happen at one of our complexes. I checked into the validity of the story and discovered that there was no such attack. If there was, there was no police report filed, which is odd considering how angry and adamant the poster appears to be about management's alleged lack of response. One would think that her own response would have included contacting law enforcement authorities. This aside, the allegations still do not add up. If management really "did not want to look bad," then where is the sense in evicting a rape victim? I would think that this action would have made CMC look worse. If it turns out that I am wrong then of course, many, many apologies for your tragic experience. Tenant safety should be any community's top priority and if the managing company takes no steps to provide that basic comfort, it does indeed reflect poorly on them. I am so confident that I am not wrong, however, that I am posting my contact information below in the event that I can be of any assistance to anyone who may have been victimized in this horrible way on our grounds. Then why the hell CMC arranged 24 X 7 security? There is a police officer seen every day in the campus. Oh!.... No.. He is not living here ofcourse. I checked it with him. Shame on you!...
