Lived here for a year and well... if you like living with bed bugs, having your place stink of rotten food, and living amongst a ton of section 8 then this is the place for you! Had to move out becuase it just wasn't safe for my wife (read several previous postings). Good luck

Question for cindy9178: do you work for Kensington apartments? Cuz you defend the apartments to a lot of people who wrote bad reviews. That kinda ruins the reality of "honest" review, don't it?

For Cindy9178: Almost 95% of apartments in Kensington have Roaches so are you saying that evryone is filthy and you and CMC mgmt is THE CLEANEST on this planet?

cindy9178 is a lier. Kensington is full of roaches and bugs. Please don't rent there. If you would, you would regret that and in a month find out what we all say here.

No, i do not work for the complex. I have lived there for 3 years, from March of 2004 and I am moving this march - because of my job. The complex is clean - NEVER saw a roach in the 3 years I lived there. Never smelled anything foul in my apartment. Never saw any bugs, besides an occassional spider. The place is safe - never felt unsafe. Never had a problem with management. Like I said, if you have all these bug problems, it must be you. I am giving my 100% honest review of this complex.
