Like I said...if u love roaches and bedbugs...this place is heaven for you. And to say, if you also love being around ppl that are nasty down to the core..whose else but the management ppl..this is "THE" place for you. Actually, its here in these apartments that I really learned abts roaches and their behaviours...I guess I've become on of those roachaminator. I do a beta Job killing them than those terminators the CMC has hired!!

To mention...you dont get a choice of cable guys here except for two of them...and they just frown when they come to service you..it really hurts.

This place stinks...even a cropse would smell betta, No ventilation in the doorways-hallways..even u if u try to leave the doors open..you have security probs.

These guys better start taking action..else this place will become one of those dark haunted places u see around NY or newark.

What difference will it make?...Your not going to do anything anyway!! I can assure you by that by experience...Ive already complained, but nothing is taken seriously...besides..who cares?!?!?!

Apartments are filled with roaches and bugs. If you don't beleive, go and rent. You'll find that out in a month. I guarantee that.

I have lived here 3 years and never once saw a roach or a bug. Except for the occassional spider - which is normal - espeically living in the basement apartment. YOU PEOPLE ARE MAKING UP THIS STUFF ABOUT ROACHES.

Cindy9178..May be the buildong u lived in was bug free...but they dump other kinds of people away from building 10 n 11..try living at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,14 you will change your opinion.Ok..so Im indian and wouldnt like my credit history screwed up because I wanted to point out that this apartment badly needed renewation...management..is rude down to the core..immgrants are the ones who get hurt..try being in our shoes for once....But I am happy for you happy living...I was hoping for the same..but got cheated!!!

I live in one of the buildings that isnt 10 or 11, and yes I have had a few roach type visitors, but the complaints were taken very very seriously. The management have taken a very stern line on bug sightings now, so if the tenants play the game they will be "terminated". When it comes to the car parks, I have never seen any problems, but I am sure that all mass areas of cars have their problems. and the anonymous immigrant, dont get too disheartened, I am sure the bugs are not that racsist !!!!
