Good points:
The leasing person and staff are good. we were greeted and welcomed by Linda in a nice manner.The maintenance people will help us in any hour of need. The residents and staff are good here.

Bad points:
The problems are the high noise from upper floor and the uncontrollable roaches problem.
I think they cannot put an end to the roaches and insects. However you clean, you end up with roaches only!!!
I get skin allergy , rashes and breathing problems by these roaches. Don't choose this apartment if you have kids. My children are suffering by these insects. Its bad to the core.
Laundromat won't function properly.
No dish washer or inside laundry facility.
You need to clean the house every single minute, its not a joke. I mean what I said.
Otherwise the bugs will crawl on your face:)

Linda "greeted" and "welcomed" you? Either this is some new policy, you were joking, or you are one of those management people always writing false positive reviews. I was naive just like you right after I moved in. You've only been there a month. Just wait a couple months for things to go wrong and have management ignore you. I think you'll feel differently then.

Wait for few more months for all the bugs to show up and add another review or respond to this message. I lived there for two years and know the place. Once you are in Linda is out of the picture. Now you've to deal with maintenanc people and I don't know who is the head supervisor now but the one who was there is a real crook.

I dont agree with the responses. I was also greeted by Linda. She was a sweetheart, a smile on her face and a "Hi! How are you!" when me and my family walked through the door. I also have no problems with my apartment and have been living here for almost a year, the only problem is spiders but I havent seen one in months and I killed them as they showed up.

my family and i have lived here for almost 3 years. we've never had problems with roaches. the maintenance guy assigned to our bldg (bldg 13) is quick to respond to our maintenance requests and is very nice.

What the ????? I have lived here for five years and have counted 2 roaches since. Maybe you and/or your neighbors are pigs. Spiders or other insects associated with "country" living are to be expected, since we are surrounded by trees and open space. I have had noisy neighbors and when I have reported them to management the problem was taken care of. Also, Lillian and the maintanence staff are the best. I have never had a problem with them or management. As a matter of fact I will renew my lease again. It is the neighbors that I have problems with. Those who allow kids to play in the halls, make noise at all hours or just stink up the place with garbage, etc. Maybe those complaining need to clean up their apartments and establish a relationship with management.
