Worst laundry Laundry machines are worst. Tenants keep their clothes for days and even weeks occupied unattended. Even management is not caring inspite of compliants raised.

Nice Experience I stayed in Kensington Gardens for about 2 years - 1 year in building 4 and one in building 13. I had very good experience with my stay. The best part - NO ROACHES.
Pretty decent neighbors. Maintenance was almost always quick.
I will definately recommend this apartments.

sub human living I have survived this place for a year and my recomendation is live in someones basement, which will be better than this place. Way to many roaches!!!! Complaints to maintainance will go unattended to. I have complained about the leaking bathtub and the A/C for 9 months out of

Please have your own security guards to protect your car Car thefts are so common out here. There are tons of complaint logged to cops and CMC management. CMC management needs to take serious action. Please hire your own security guards to protect your car.

No Lived here for a year and well... if you like living with bed bugs, having your place stink of rotten food, and living amongst a ton of section 8 then this is the place for you! Had to move out becuase it just wasn't safe for my wife (read several previous postings). Good luck

OK to stay, but Mgmnt SUCK!!!! -ve Points
1 - Management is very rude & racist. The manager George & one blonde lady is worst & will treat you like dirt.
2 - Gettin risky thou as had few break-ins last summer.
3 - Must pay $200/yr for swimming, even if you dont see pool.
