horrible apt. bldg

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
all I can say is, it is a nightmare to live here. whatever can go wrong with a building, absolutely will at the carriage house. a filthy smelly place to live and they will let ANYONE live here, should become a low income bldg. perhaps a project
