Not a luxury apartment

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Don't be fooled into thinking this is a luxury apartment. Some items to be aware of:

- Cheap materials used that seem to be decaying
- security is a major issue with no real enforcement

- The property management company seem to focus more on the parking facilities rather than general health and safety issues.

- On a plus side the people at the reception area are very friendly
