Presidential Apartments

This building has potential, but sadly is a dump. The common areas are always filthy and smell horrid! The elevators are also dirty, poorly maintained and have been badly vandalized and left in that condition for years! The "newly renovated" lobby was done so cheaply and poorly it still looks old and in need of repair! No matter how clean you try to be you have to worry about roaches due to the dirty nature of the building overall! There is NO upkeep in this building, and the management doesn't care. The apartments are a good size and seem like a good deal and it is one of the few pet friendly highrises in the area, but avoid it if you can!

I guess your dog or dogs must be one of many that urinates in the elevators.. I think it's a shame to keep these dogs in the apt all day. I can imagine the stench some dog owners have in their apts. The Humane Society should be notified of the conditions these animals live in and how about the Super who has to clean the stench after tenants move???????? Hopefully, the landlord will ban new tenants from dogs....or a pet deposit of $1000.00 for each one you have residing in your apt? Better yet, a notice to all dog owners of apt inspection, I bet that would shut you up!!!
