I have read the other reviews listed for the Presidential Apartments, if the people who wrote the reviews saying how horrible they are, how bad the management in the building itself is why don't they shut-up & move!!! I know the building has its problems but, what building doesn't'' I find Donna helps the residents as best as she can & is fair with everyone, of course there are the ones that don't know how to do anything but complain. These people must realize she has only so much authority the final say comes from the main office. I think she is the best asset this build has had in a very long time!!! The rooms are spacious & the apartments have plenty of closet space. Head management is slowly starting to change the look & apartments in the building. When someone moves out they are putting hardwood floors, new counter tops & cabinets in. They are also re-doing the hall carpeting. The only thing I really dislike is it's animal friendly & SOME people who have pets are inconsiderate & slobs themselves, they should be fined for not abbidding by the rules & regulations as far as pets are concerned. On a whole most of the people in the building are friendly.
