I have one of the remodeled apartments, It's a terrific bargain. I like Donna. She does the best job that she's allowed to do. Hopefully our new super works out, looks good so far. On balance , I find most of the tennants to be perfectly fine.
The building does have some issues, but all, even much more expensive ones do. Certainly, ownership could be better. Their reluctance to spend is surely the cause of most of the buildings problems.
