I have been living here for 1.5 years and I am very pleased with the management, the new super and the location.

I am living in one of the remodeled apartments and I have a wonderful view of the GW.

There is no Graffiti or loud rap music. In fact, the build is very quiet and full of noce people, and not to mention, the rental rates are ver very good.

There is work in progress , such as remodeling all of the apartment, remodeling of the lobby and new carpets on all hallway floors.

I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking.

I have been living here for one year and am looking forward to signing a new lease agreement for the next year. Sure, the building could be better, but in the past year I have seen the lobby remodeled, the carpets replaced, all of my concerns have been responded to within 48 hours by management and I have never had a problem with miscellaneous fees on my rent bill. What could be better? Yes, the building has had an arson issue which has been responded to by fort lee police as well as detectives, however, it is not believed to be an actual resident of the building. Since the detectives came to meet with the tenants, there have been no further incidents. I love having a decent, affordable place where I can live with my dog. And rap music? I don't think Koreans like rap music, and that seems like the majority of the people who live here. Overall, its a decent place for a decent price. You get what you pay for.

Never heard rap music in this building,as a matter of fact one tenant on my floor sings opera and so very beautifully...
