I have been living here for one year and am looking forward to signing a new lease agreement for the next year. Sure, the building could be better, but in the past year I have seen the lobby remodeled, the carpets replaced, all of my concerns have been responded to within 48 hours by management and I have never had a problem with miscellaneous fees on my rent bill. What could be better' The building has had an arson issue which has been responded to by fort lee police as well as detectives, however, it is not believed to be an actual resident of the building. Since the detectives came to meet with the tenants, there have been no further incidents. I love having a decent, affordable place where I can live with my dog. And rap music' I don't think Koreans like rap music and that seems like the majority of the people who live here. In fact, I haven't seen or heard much of my neighbors since I moved in. Overall, its a decent place for a decent price. You get what you pay for.

Are you living in the same crap hole as the rest of us? Or are you taking some sort of prescription medication that distorts reality?
