Since we moved in we have had nothing but leak after leak after leak in our bathroom, dining area and living room.

The building owner is useless as is the staff. They could care less. Once our toilet was stuffed up and the super told us he didn't feel like fixing it and we could use the one in the lobby.

We have had the health inspector here, but nothing gets accomplished...am looking for a new apartment.

My advise.....STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

One thing I left out of my last post is that the only one person that is competent, friendly and goes above and beyond is ----- who is the doorman. A nicer guy you would never want to meet. If the management and the maintenance staff were as good as he is, there wouldn't be a problem with this place.

I totally agree and could add volumes. Our apartment LEAKS, the hallways are FILTHY, the elevators are filthy. I do agree with the previous author, ----- is the BEST!!!! The owners are classic slum lords! They don't care about anything, don't fix a thing. I was recently informed that the Presidential used to be one of the premier buildings in Fort Lee...I guess that was before the Israeli Maffia took over. They collect rents and do nothing. And the rents aren't cheap for the ---- hole of a building they own.

Holy cow. Just as I was reading these wonderful things about the Presidental I am reading this now. So what apartment complex is recommended in the Fort Lee area. I am looking for a one br. on a high floor with terrace, small dog allowed, between 1800-2500. Please advise, -------------------

The building manager is rude and doesn't care about anything but the money and to score points with the owner. The two porter/maint. persons ----- and ------- are great they are good hard workers, ----- especially since he is always there when you need him to repair somnething.. Now they have a worker is is not all there and he smells and is scary to be around WHERE DID THEY FIND HIM FROM. They even have a doorman that I saw one night coming home who is 15 years old and lives in the building WHERE IS THE CHILD LABOR LAWS? They only ones I trust are --- the doorman, ----- and ------- the porters and some---e ---. The rest have to go. The building is falling apart because nobody what to fix anything because it is saving the owner mega bucks. I rate this building to rent 20%.

News is to all fellow tenants. News has it that ----- is be sued for S--- Harrassment, discrimination and unfair labor actions. Since ----- came back there has been nothing but problems. But the attorney has be retained and the papers have been signed and you know what its about ---e that one of us tenants start talking. Also the labor board has been notified of a minor (15) working as a doorman and pictures have been taken and they have been sent to the labor board along with many other complaints. Don't let ----- fool you about her great personalilty, She is a two face and she will backstab anyone that she doesn't like. More news to come tenants. I'm planning to move out in March and get out of this hellhole.

You must have a very small mind. She is respectful and professional. A Manager with class. This is a criminal offense. Abusive and will be investigated. I as a tenant will see to that.

"I as a tenant will see to that"??? Yeah, whatever management. There is a bald guy (who does absolutely nothing) and a fugly, talkative b$tch working in the management office. Beware! They are all 'certified' crooks. I wouldn't be surprised if they are part of some mafia.
