I have lived here for 3 years and have seen a big change in the past three months. Manager is back and things are changing. Tenants are happy. Workers are working. It's about time LOL Thank you. Building is clean. Convenient, safe, transportation is near, Hope she stays. Most are happy.

Yes, big changes. More roaches and more filth. This building needs to demolished asap.

Why would you live in a place that is filthy and has roaches??? Doesn't make sense.

people usually don't know how a partment would be like till they live in it. but the reviews will help you make decisions. I was cheated by those saying there was a big change since some manager came back and was trapped by the lease.
