This building is PURE garbage. The only thing it has going for it is the big balconies and the view of NYC. The elevators will keep you waiting, sometimes you are better off taking the stairs. The Dryers are always broken and people leave their clothes in the working ones for long periods of time. The aesthetics of the building are none. The parking lot is disgusting. The main floor always reeks of garbage. The carpets and the wall paper are moldy and dingy. It's emabarrasing to bring anyone to this building. Oh yeah they also let the garbage pile up on the side lot so if you have a side window on the north side the smell of garbage and flies is added at no extra cost. Donna and jim are just nosy please. The so-called arsonist has taken a break for now but the daily fire alarms were lovely. Oh and god forbid you have a dog even a chihuahua because these idiots live in a pet friendly building and are deadly afraid of all animals. They jump in fear and are stupid even with tiny dogs, seriously. The tenants are low class. The koreans will stand there and talk about you. Oh yeah the roaches are a nice touch too. Luckily, none in our apt but I've faced some at the garbage chute and encountered a mouse on a balcony. Save yourself the hassle it's not worth it even if it does include util. Move to the projects you'll save more money, have a nicer place and be surround with classier people. :)

Question. Why are you still living here?

Unfortunately I feel you are an unhappy person. After all someone that has so many complaints would not live in a building with as many problems as you say there are or think you have. I have lived here for ten years and yes like any other building it has pros and cons. Most of the staff is professional. The doorman you speak of has been here for 4 or 5 years. No one has ever said anything negative. He is very helpful and goes beyond the call of duty. Even does maintenance in emergency situations. Donna, Nosy? She is to busy and has more important things to do and also makes time with each and every resident to try and meet their needs. So pal, if you have all these issues you should maybe take it to management, they always take time no matter who you are or what problem you have. Especially since Donna has come back things have been better, not yet up to par, but it takes time.Confident she can do it. Mouse on the balcony? are you kidding? That's insane. I don't think so. It seems you are just unhappy about something. Living here for ten years I haven't met any tenant you call low class. Most of the residents in this building are professionals. Because they are of color or of different parts of the world does not make them low class. No matter where you go you won't be happy. There are million dollar apartments in the city that have more problems then the Presidential. Take it from me I lived there. GOOD LUCK!!!
