We've lived here at Avalon Crest for almost a year now and have been paying a pretty hefty rent payment. Very recently we recieved a letter stating that our rent will be increased by $400/month if we choose to stay another year. Although this is a really nice place to live, the high rent price really isn't all that worth it. As far as management or maintenence, we've never had a problem. They've been very helpful and efficient in solving any problem we've had.
And the parking'' Forget about ever having guests come over, there's no room for them to park!
