Run while you can!

I have lived here for one year and overall I feel that the community looks nice on the outside however, due to cheaply made buildings and material, this place is falling apart. I live in building 5 and 3 of my neigbors walls and ceilings are totally destroyed dur to water damage. This one lady next to me who is so nice has 2 children who developed asthma since living here. The staff could care less and as many of us here know, Brenda the manager is heartles, rude, and lacks patience. You would think these people would kiss our butts since they over charge so much. Speakig of that, when I moved in this guy named Russell promised me 2 free months but when it came time to sign I only got 1 free... FAT LIARS!!! There are lots of other communities that are way more tenant friendly. Save yourself and RUN while you can...
Good Luck!
