I lived there for 3 years.
The apartment and facilities are OK. The problem is with the staff.
It all starts with the manager ? Brenda.
Brenda was there when it was still "Avalon Crest". They kept her when it changed ownership to "The Crest at Fort Lee".
What a mistake, they should got rid of her when they changed ownership.
Brenda is the root of most problems. Forget about asking for her help. The answer is always NO.
She will use any opportunity to rob you of your money.
Think that by the end of the term you will see your security deposit back' Well, think again. She will find a reason why it won't happen...
The prices they change are outrageous. For the same budget (or less) you can find much better residency in the same area. Just take few more days to look around; I assure you will find much better opportunities very easily.
Ha? and if you want a garage or have second car, prepare to pay more for parking ($100 for garage). No other parking options available!
