PRO S amenities, clean, nice community, washer/dryer in the unit.
CON S too small, really bad sound proof, unfriendly management, VERY slow/or no show for maintenance/repairs, pricey (parking is extra $50/month) and no utilities included. No dining room. Small refrigerator. Very expensive electricity.
OVERALL For the price we pay, this apartment falls below our expectation. We will not renew this lease.
