Hello, I am the manager and I would love to help you with any thing you need. To date, I have not had an opportunity to meet with you about any request that you have. The Crest at Fort Lee is nationally recognized for our exemplary customer service and I would love an opportunity to discuss your needs in person.
Sincerely,
Noelle Bui

If there is anybody thinking about moving to The Crest at Fort Lee, I would say 'not even worth thinking about it.' I've just read the executive manager's claims, but I really felt sorry for the manager. Please think about how bad the apartment is from all aspects, now having the executive manager try to cover the fact with sweet words that are against the previous residents' feelings. It's a real shame! First of all, the maintenace is the worst. I had the most unpleasant experience with the maintenance from this apartment. It usually takes a couple of weeks or months to fix small things. The people hired here is the worst. They are so rude and arrogant that you feel like you are getting a big favor from them. Most of time they will blame you for things broken down and charge you for fixing. It is not just the personal experience but the residents who used to stay here also had the same issues. I do not know why the manager of this apartment hire such people in this luxury apartment. You will be likely to have a lot of humiliations from staff and maintenance guys to get things fixed no matter who you are. The owner of the apartment never figure out why the apartment ratings are this low unless he/she knows true nature of people hired in this apartment. I hope that the owner will hire people of good morality and ethics. I also hope that the owner is not the person who are only interested in finance, but the person who listens to the residents and are willing to help them out. Unfortuantely, I have to say the apartment cannot be recommended at all at this very moment.
