This place is such a joke. From every single angle that there is. The only word that one can use is "joke". Tiny one bedroom apartment in Fort Lee, NJ - $2,100' That's robbery. The apartments are dirty. The walls are beyond paper thin. I had my downstairs neighbor pounding on their ceiling at me when I was walking around my apartment on the phone. That is not normal. I should be able to walk around for $2,100 a month and not be nervous that I am going to bother my downstairs neighbor. The walls are so thin here that you can hear the elevator "ding" when the elevator comes to your floor - from EVERY. SINGLE. UNIT. That is a serious problem. You can hear everything that every person is doing. There is no privacy and it's just ..oh look here...a JOKE. I will absolutely agree with someone who posted below that the management is dangerous. They all have different stories for any given problem. Once again...the word JOKE comes up. Get every little thing in writing if you do choose to make the mistake of signing a lease here. Most of the handy men are STUPID and have NO idea what they are doing. I keep finding drug baggies around the complex which shows you what kind of people live here. I have been here for a while and have seen nothing but a horrible decrease in quality. I am out of here so soon and the days can not go by fast enough. To the property manager who responded to the person who posted below. Your words are not good enough. You weren't aware that that persons apartment was filthy and they requested it to be cleaned' No one should have to request for their apartment to be cleaned upon move in! It should be SPOTLESS and ready to go. This isn't a dingy old apartment complex. This is being called luxury and it is anything but. When I moved into my unit there was what looked to be spaghetti sauce all over the ceiling in the kitchen. Do you think thats acceptable for $2,100' Yeah...I thought not. Don't live here. They just re-did the hallways but all they did was cover up filth that will soon come to the surface again I am sure. Goodbye crest - WON'T MISS YA and won't allow anyone I ever come across to move into ya!!!!
