Run away - I lived for 2 years, only because it is a good commute to NY city. This apartment building is very old. The management started to refurbish the apartment when we moved in, and the work went on and on, till we moved out. Negatives: Elevators ALWAYS break down and I get stuck weekly in them
Out-dated decor,
A bit on the dirty side.
Water bugs in the basement garage, occasional roaches in the laundry room
