Like it too. From: bosoxcal Date posted: 2/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My family's been happy here. Like the space of having a big basement and the nice kitchen. We don't get the snow down here like we're used to in New England, but the couple times we had a little, there were guys out here sweeping, pushing and salting in the morning like crazy. Our last heat bill wasn't low, but less than a unit we lived in last winter. PLus, the gas bills in the spring & summer are tiny, so we probably average out to about $100 a month for gas. All in all, our apartment is good.
