Hey buddy, you should pay more, if you're going to stuff more people in there than the unit is suposed to have. It's really fair to the rest of us to have to park a mile from our apartment because our neighbor's 2nd cousin's uncle's friend who isn't even suposed to be living there, steals our parking spot.

HEY BUDDY, Which law in NJ says that one cannot have a guest. Open your eyes as big as you can and go and see how many people are living in a two bedroom apartment. About stealing one's parking spot, if your so concerned about the parking spot. Then open your big month and say something to the management, why are you writing to me about it. This was one person who was going to live with me,and not people and that to the person did not have a car. A family of four usually have two cars, and that's what I have. So shut your face and keep your comments for yourself.

the parking problem could be ameliorated if management would assign one space to each apartment!!!
